Anisha C. Atchanah

Anisha C. Atchanah is a partner at Kim Vaughan Lerner LLP. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on Business/Corporate litigation, premises liability matters and insurance defense. She has worked on matters involving complex commercial contract disputes, shareholder litigation, business torts, and first party and third party property insurance disputes. Anisha joined the firm after obtaining extensive experience in the areas of foreclosure and condominium/homeowners' association litigation. Her experience spans across all areas of litigation, including motion practice, brief drafting, legal research, fact discovery, mediation/settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
