Ashley L. Montalvo

Ashley Montalvo is an associate attorney at Kim Vaughan Lerner LLP. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law Center. During law school,
Ashley focused on developing her writing and advocacy skills.


She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society from 2020 through 2022. During her time as a member, Ashley and her team were the Champions of the 2022 Intramural Moot Court Competition and the team won the Best Brief award. She was also a member of the NSU Trial Association where she served as the External Operations Coordinator from 2020 through 2021 and co-coached the champion team for the 2021 Intramural Competition. Ashley also served as a junior associate on ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law before going on to serve as an Articles Editor of Volume 28 of the Journal.
